A varied group of young professionals from Robeco meet twice a year during their Young Professional Journey. For two months this group worked on challenges within their own organization and used Design Thinking to find effective solutions.
Digital Shapers guides this group in the ‘Innovation Challenge’. Participants learn to define challenges and come up with creative solutions based on Design Thinking techniques. We support them with qualitative and quantitative research, new ways of working, facilitate brainstorms, and challenge them to finally pitch their business case to a board member.
