AI offers many opportunities. At the same time, it also raises many questions. How do you optimally deploy AI as an organisation? What does it mean for processes, ways of working and employees? And how do you deal with resistance or the difference in speed at which employees adopt the technology? By deploying AI for specific applications and enabling employees to use the technology in the right way, we make AI part of working methods and business models in a targeted and practical way.

Our vision

We believe AI is more of an organisation issue than an IT matter. Employees who use AI are generally 40% more effective than those who do not. This presents huge opportunities! The real challenge lies in bringing people along and translating technological capabilities into relevant applications that fit within the context of the organisation. AI will only have an impact if employees understand how it helps them and how they can work with it. Clear choices are also needed: what do we want to achieve with AI? Which processes do we improve? And how do we approach this? We make AI tangible and help organisations integrate it step by step – practical, people-oriented and tailored to what works.

How do we help

To make AI a structural part of your organisation, we help you with:

  • Insight in AI opportunities: With an Inspiration session or an AIdeation workshop we explore the possibilities and opportunities of AI. We map out what is needed for an organisation to be successful with AI, prioritise ideas and draw up a roadmap.
  • Start with AI use cases and scale: You only really learn to understand AI by getting to work with it. With an AI Experiments Lab, we start a proof-of-concept together with your organisation. Here, we look at the added value for the organisation, the impact on processes and what is needed to scale up successfully.
  • Accelerate adoption with culture and skills: Successfully embedding AI requires the right mindset, skills and culture. We provide guidance with change management, hands-on training and community-building.
