Hands-on support in the design and realization of a Digital Roadmap.
With the management of Mourik, we drew up a phased approach with different project teams. By doing this we utilize the knowledge and experience of the people in the company when setting up new initiatives. We believe that it is the people who drive the transition. We provide hands-on support and help the transition team to drive this program.

With the tools provided, both the transition team and the project teams know how to move to implement the projects. We identified the challenges and solved them together. New initiatives, such as an onboarding program, a smart tender process and the application of 3D modeling, have gained support and have been implemented in the organization.
