Approach
We helped Enexis create a digital trend magazine for its employees. We started with workshops in which we gathered the most important developments, relevant technologies and internal projects together with the Enexis team. This formed the basis of the content of the magazine we worked on together with more than 40 colleagues. We interviewed employees involved in these projects and organized filming days to fill the magazine with vivid images and stories. We also conducted desk research to supplement the internal stories with interesting facts, essential knowledge about these technologies and applications, and inspiring examples from other organizations. To ensure that the information does not remain just theory, the magazine has interactive sections that allow employees to get started directly themselves. Of course, it would be a shame if such a beautiful magazine were only a one-time publication. That is why we set up an activation campaign, so that it has a real impact within the organization.
