On inspiration expedition

An ongoing expedition with various lectures, workshops and games

 

During their annual off-site, we took T-Mobile’s Shared Sales Services team on an inspiration expedition. We wanted to stimulate cooperation by immediately using new knowledge to tackle challenges. It was two days of inspiration on technological development, changing customer behavior and the employee of the future.

Approach

For several days we went on an Inspiration Expedition together. The focus was on awareness of the possibilities of digital technology. Subsequently, we concentrated on tangible applications of the technology we discussed. Together we could then translate these applications to our own work.

Result

Various lectures, workshops and games were connected through the ongoing expedition. We worked in teams on:

  • Exploiting the potential of technology over the next 10 years
  • Translation to the telecom industry
  • Changing customer needs
  • Required digital competencies for the T-Mobile employee

Ze voelen aan wat een groep nodig heeft, durven uitdagend te zijn en mensen een spiegel voor te houden. De opbouw van het programma stond als een huis. Gebundelde lef, kennis en energie die aan het denken zet en tegelijkertijd uitnodigt om aan de slag te gaan.
