In recent years, every company seems to have realized how much the effects of digital developments are going to impact business operations. The effect of technology has created new jobs and required skills while eliminating or modifying others.
The crucial question in this digital transformation is in what ways can we ensure that employees are included? Should everyone be included or not? Are there different degrees? And with whom does the responsibility lie? With the board, IT, HR, the manager or perhaps the individual themselves?
