Organizations often make large investments to make their digital mission succeed, but sometimes forget to include employees in this. Are they really behind the changes being made? Do they really experience the change as an improvement? Do they understand and embrace change and know what is expected of them? How is a digital strategy properly conveyed to the organization?
On March 12, decision makers from organizations from different sectors shared their experiences. During this edition of #ShapingDigital, we learned how a user experience approach (design thinking, UX design) can contribute to bringing employees along in organizational change.
