Some started early, others only very recently. You can hardly have missed it, the call from government, business and media to experiment and scale up with artificial intelligence. Where a few organizations flaunt success stories or run into limitations; many others remain searching.
Where do we really stand as a business community? How promising has artificial intelligence proven to be so far? Has investment in this area indeed been ramped up? What products have been developed? Or is there still mostly talk and planning? Who is dealing with this in the organization and how are new ideas and products being embraced? What are the needs?
On October 7, 2020, we engaged in a conversation with a select group of 10 invitees with end positions of responsibility. We were of course inspired and supported by some experts and experts by experience.
