Employees who use AI are generally 40% more effective than those who do not. This presents huge opportunities! The real challenge lies in bringing people along and translating technological capabilities into relevant applications that fit within the context of the organisation. AI will only have an impact if employees understand how it helps them and how they can work with it. Clear choices are also needed: what do we want to achieve with AI? Which processes do we improve? And how do we approach this?
