But don&#8217;t overlook people! What does new technology require of them? What will be expected of them in the new situation? And how do you include them in it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To embrace change as an organisation it is important that employees feel urgency and want to take up their role. Good leadership and the right direction are essential to realise this. In addition, employees will also need to be empowered to change. We use proven change methodologies such as <strong>PROSCI (ADKAR) and Kotter<\/strong> and translate them into a practical change approach that suits your organisation.
