But are we moving in the right direction? Are we just doing a little better, or are we disrupting our company&#8217;s customer experience?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the third edition of #ShapingDigital, born-digitals and decision makers from corporates and startups discussed topics such as Customer Experience 4.0 and the Science of Subliminal Persuasion.
